book a consultation

There are two ways to book an appointment.

Option 1

If you want to pay for treatment yourself you will need to take the following steps;

• If you do not have private healthcare insurance and would like to pay for all your treatment yourself, please use our 'Find a clinic' facility to find your nearest consultant who is an expert in treating hay fever.
• Please book an appointment by ringing the number listed for the named consultant.
• You will be asked for your details and can explain at this point that you will be paying for any consultations yourself. An appointment will then be made.
  

Option 2

If you want to claim on your private healthcare insurance you will need to see your GP to get a referral:

** Your GP should already be treating your hay fever prior to referral **

You will need to book an appointment to see your GP to discuss your current hay fever treatment and ask for a referral letter to be seen by a consultant who is an expert in treating hay fever.

Please ask your GP to refer you (via a referral letter) to your nearest consultant. You can identify your nearest consultant by putting your postcode into our 'Find a clinic' facility. You will need to give the name of the consultant to the GP so he can write the letter.

Once you have a referral letter please book an appointment by ringing the number for the named consultant (as listed in our 'Find a clinic' facility). You will be asked for your details and if you have a referral letter. An appointment will then be made.
