You will be seen by a consultant who is a specialist in treating severe hay fever.

During the consultation you will be asked a series of questions about your medical history and undergo an examination. The consultant will then make a formal diagnosis via a skin prick test or a blood test, which will confirm the allergens that you are allergic to.

Once a full diagnosis has been made the consultant will discuss suitable treatment options with you. Your treatment will then be optimised in line with healthcare professional guidelines and a follow up appointment booked to review your progress and response to treatment.

At the follow-up appointment if you are still unhappy with your hay fever control then further options can be discussed.
